About the Women’s Therapy and Process Group
The women’s therapy and process group is psychotherapy group for women who are middle-aged and older. The group is considered long-term and open-ended. The group focuses on issues of past trauma, anxiety and depression. Participants learn skills and techniques to help them move forward in life, develop confidence and become more assertive.
The group meets weekly.

Adult women who are middle-aged and older.
