Counseling
Counselors and therapist help people gain personal insights, develop strategies and come up with real-life solutions to the problems and challenges they face in every area of life. It is never too early or too late to begin working on your mental health. There are many reasons for seeking support, including managing stress, self-improvement and dealing with major life changes. Psychiatry
A psychiatrist is a medical doctor who can diagnose and treat mental, emotional and behavioral conditions. They can prescribe medications and other medical treatments. It’s not always easy to know when you should see a psychiatrist. You may decide help is needed if your behavior, emotions, and thoughts are affecting your daily life. Crisis C.A.R.E.
Many Hoosiers suffer a behavioral health or substance use crisis, and sadly many don’t know where to turn. Regional Health Systems Crisis C.A.R.E. Unit’s No Wrong Door approach means any individual in need will be welcomed and supported regardless of how you come to us. There is staff on-site to address a crisis 24 hours per day.
